Privacy Policy — Bloopi

Summary

Bloopi is designed for children ages 3 and up. We collect no personal data, no usage data, and no device identifiers. Bloopi works fully offline after installation. There is no Bloopi server.

What information we collect

None. Bloopi has no backend. The app stores some information locally on your child's device so the app can function, including:

• Profile names, ages, and avatars you create for your child
• Per-game progress and unlocked stickers
• Daily playtime totals (used to enforce the playtime cap you set)
• Bloopi+ entitlement status

This information stays on the device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

What we do NOT collect

• No name, email, password, or account information from parents
• No location data
• No device identifiers (advertising ID, device ID, IP address logs, etc.)
• No camera or microphone access
• No contacts, calendar, photos, or other personal files
• No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reports sent to us

Third-party services

Bloopi uses Apple's App Store and Google Play in-app purchase systems for the optional Bloopi+ unlock. When a parent makes a purchase, Apple or Google handles that transaction directly — we do not see your payment details. Their privacy practices are described at apple.com/legal/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not use any other third-party SDKs (no analytics, no ads, no social login, no crash reporting).

Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Bloopi is designed for use by children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because we collect no information at all, there is nothing to delete on request. To remove the app's local data from your child's device, uninstall the app.

The Bloopi+ purchase flow lives behind a parent gate and requires parent involvement.

Bloopi+ purchase, restore, and refunds

Bloopi+ is a one-time in-app purchase — not a subscription. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.

Your purchase is recorded by Apple or Google against the App Store or Google Play account that paid for it. You can restore the purchase on any other device signed in to the same account from the "Restore" button on the Bloopi+ screen. Family Sharing is supported on both platforms, so one purchase covers your Apple Family or Google Play family group.

Refund requests are handled by Apple (support.apple.com/118223) or Google Play (support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637) under their standard refund policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will appear at this URL with an updated date. We will not change the policy in a way that retroactively reduces your privacy.
