Bloopi is a learning app for children ages 3 and up, published by IU Interactive ("we", "us"). By installing and using Bloopi, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bloopi on devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or sell access to the app.
Bloopi+ is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional content for the store account that paid for it. It is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store (on iOS / iPadOS) or Google Play (on Android). The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm the purchase. Payment is charged once to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and Bloopi+ stays unlocked as long as the store account keeps the purchase on file.
You can restore your purchase on any other device signed in to the same store account by tapping "Restore" on the Bloopi+ screen. Apple Family Sharing and Google Play family library are supported, so one purchase covers everyone in your family group.
Refund requests are handled by the store that processed the purchase, under their standard refund policies:
Bloopi is designed for use by children with parental supervision. The parent gate exists to give you control over settings, purchases, and data deletion. You are responsible for the device, the Apple ID or Google account used, and all purchases made under that account.
Bloopi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be at this URL.
